Absence management
There is significant evidence to show that work is good for health and that long periods out of work can be detrimental to health. Jasmal Limited can help employees avoid long-term absence, by identifying problems early and offering advice and support. When an employee is on long-term sick leave, we step in quickly and work with our clients to facilitate their rehabilitation and return to work. By ensuring that we have an excellent understanding of our client’s business, we focus on ensuring that client HR and Line Managers benefit from good quality, evidence based, practical advice, that helps to ensure a safe, productive and sustained return to work.
When to refer:
Short-term frequent sickness absence
Long-term absence > 4 weeks
• Concerns that ill health symptoms or medication may affect safety, efficiency or quality
• Assessment of fitness to attend disciplinary or other formal meeting

Pre-placement Assessment
Accessed online, Jasmal Limited provide pre-employment questionnaires that evaluate our client’s candidates’ mental and physical capability for the job in question.
All completed questionnaires are reviewed by our clinicians and we issue a report on fitness to work within 48 hours of submission.

Jasmal Limited have extensive experience of providing immunisation and vaccination programmes that protect our client’s employees against the risk of infectious disease.
We can also advise our clients on legislative requirements, whilst utilising risk assessment to develop a vaccination programme that is specific to their needs.

Fitness for work
We believe in preventing problems before they occur, which is why we ensure your employees are both mentally and physically fit for their specific roles and duties.
This can be pre-hire or during employment, through either general fitness for work assessments or industry specific medicals such as forklift truck, confined space, drivers, rail track workers and night workers. This protects our clients and their employees by minimising risk and ensuring compliance.
